  1. 01

    Supplier file

Registration certificate, tax identifiers, references and a contract template, sent to your purchasing team on request.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price quotes

Each stage has its fixed fee, written before we start: scope, deliverables, milestones and timeline. Any addition comes as a priced amendment.

  3. 03

    Purchase orders and invoices

We work against your purchase order. Invoices follow the milestones in the quote and carry its references.

  4. 04

    Written acceptance

Every delivery is accepted against your checklist. The acceptance period is set in the contract, five business days by default, and closes with a signed acceptance certificate.

  5. 05

    Ownership

The code, texts and images produced for you are yours once paid for. The code lives in your repository, with its documentation.

  6. 06

    Data and hosting

On your servers or in a cloud in Morocco. Personal data is handled under Moroccan law 09-08, with access and retention periods defined with you.

  7. 07

    Confidentiality

A non-disclosure agreement signed before first access, if you wish. A client appears on this site only with its written consent.

  8. 08

    One point of contact

One person follows your file from quote to acceptance, with your IT team and your communications department.
